Lloyd Powell Ministries is a Christian ministry based in Atlanta Georgia; that features the expository teaching of Lloyd Powell.
Lloyd Powell is CEO, and is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel since 1989.
He served as a volunteer Chaplin at the Fulton County Jail, under the late Chaplin Howard Creasy, and the Cathedral of Faith Prison Ministry. In addition; he served as a volunteer Chaplin at the V.A. hospital and the Atlanta Medical Center, and at various drug rehab centers around the city of Atlanta.
Lloyd Powell worked as a visiting professor at Beulah Heights Bible College, and Midwest Theological Institute; and has served as Christian Education Director at various Churches.
Brother Powell earned a Bachelor’s degree from Beulah Heights Bible College in 1995.
Matriculating to the Interdenominational Theological Center he earned a Master of Divinity degree, in Biblical studies and Christian Education.
